“Healthy” Cookie Dough

1 lb low fat cottage cheese (good culture)

1/4 c maple syrup

2 tsp vanilla

2 c almond flour (I reduced this to 1 c)

1/2 c vanilla protein powder

1 c dark chocolate chips

Puree the wet ingredients.

Stir in flour & protein powder.

Add chocolate chips.

=2575 calories, 5 servings = 515 cal/serving
